The above weights are a guide ... variation may occur as a goldendoodle is a hybrid dog.  THE DATES THAT ARE ON THE WEBSITE ARE MY BEST GUESSES AT WHEN THE LITTERS WILL HAPPEN.  I DO THIS AS A COURTESY TO YOU, SO YOU CAN PLAN YOUR LIVES AND PREPARE FOR A PUPPY.  I CANNOT BE HELD TO THESE DATES AS MOTHER NATURE SOMETIMES HAS A FUNNY SENSE OF HUMOUR WITH HEATS AND DUE DATES.
The puppy picking order is determined by the order the deposits are received! When I have secured your deposit, that is when you will be confirmed on the list. An e-mail or a letter of intent does not hold your spot.

HOW TO GET ON A LIST:

Families usually send and e-mail transfer to dianeelliott@live.ca  for their deposit to get on the list.  First,  you will be required to send me a Bio paragraph with:  your name, address with postal code, phone, cell, D/L  (Drivers License) number and the name of an emergency contact (that does not live with you)  with their e-mail address and phone number.  This is to register the micro-chip.  I will also need a paragraph about yourself and your family including names and ages of children, occupations, previous pets,  name of previous vet, if you are a breeder, hobbies, fenced yard etc.  I will need to know, especially if you work outside the home, how this puppy will be cared for during the day while you are gone.   This is in lieu of application.  Your paragraph must begin with:  I have read the Price List tab from top to bottom and agree with the terms of this agreement!
After I have received this, I will e-mail you to confirm that you are approved.  At this point, you can go ahead and send me your deposit.  I do allow visits to my home, but you will need to send me all of the required information about yourselves before the visit will be confirmed.  If the lists are full for the colour, timing and size of puppy you are looking for, I will not book you in for a visit.

HOW TO BOOK A VISIT TO OUR HOME:

If anyone that would like to visit before deposit, I will need all of the information asked for in the paragraph above.  You can exclude your Drivers License Number and Emergency Contact info until you are ready to deposit and are approved to get a puppy.

The payment schedule is 1/3 on deposit, this first 1/3 is a consulting fee that goes towards the purchase price of the puppy.  It is a consulting fee that is non-refundable.  The second 1/3 is due at 6 weeks when the puppy is chosen (plus any extra for choosing dark red, abstract or parti)  and 1/3 at 8 weeks when the puppy goes home. Once again, the deposit/consulting fee is not refundable but it is  good for any future litters if there is a change in circumstance and the timing isn't right for you.  Once the puppies are born, you  have 48 hours to decide whether you will stay on the current list.  At that point, you will know how many boys and girl we have, coat colours and kind of coat.   After 48 hours, you may not switch litters.  Before the litter is born, you can change litters, but, if there has been a price increase since your deposit, the new price will be in effect. You will take the next available spot on a different list.  Deposits are not refunded if you wanted a boy and there are only girls or vise versa.... or if the puppy is too straight or too curly or is lighter or darker than expected...etc.  Gender, coat or colour is never a guarantee as picking is done in order of deposit.

The Breeder has the right to change  studs without notice as she sees fit to improve the breeding program.  A change will always be to better the breeding program or if the said male is not able to breed for some reason.  No refunds are ever given in this case.  The Breeder always has first pick of any and every litter to further the breeding program if she so chooses to do so at any time.
If the dog does not become pregnant, the same pair will be bred again in the next heat. Deposits will remain in the order that they were received in. The deposit is returned, less $400 non refundable, if the dog does not become pregnant, or if a deposit has been given and there are not enough puppies in the litter to accommodate.  The first $400 is never returned and pays for my time answering all of your phone calls, e-mails and having your over for visitations etc... once again, you may switch litters at this point.  Once again, the deposit/consulting fee is entirely non-refundable except for when there are not enough puppies in the litter to accommodate or the dog does not become pregnant.
THE PUPPIES ARE SOLD ON A STRICT NON-BREEDING/SPAY-NEUTER CONTRACT. THIS WILL BE SIGNED BEFORE THE PUPPY GOES HOME! IF THERE IS A BREACH, YOU WILL BE SUED, NO EXCEPTIONS.  IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A PUPPY WITH BREEDING RIGHTS, E-MAIL YOUR INTENTIONS.

IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE IN SPAY/NEUTER BY 6 MONTHS, THEN DO NOT DEPOSIT ON A PUPPY.  THE BENEFITS FAR OUTWEIGH THE CONSEQUENCES OF AN UNNEUTERED/UNSPAYED PET.

N.B.  DIANE ELLIOTT AND GOLDENDOODLES OF NIAGARA HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO REFUSE A SALE OR TRANSFER OF A PUPPY.  IN THIS CASE, A FULL REFUND WILL BE GIVEN BACK LESS THE DEPOSIT/CONSULT FEE.   THE PROTECTION OF THE PUPPY IS ALWAYS MY FIRST CONCERN!
AS OF JUNE 10, 2017, WE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING HAND DELIVERY BY AIR. WE ALSO DO NOT CARGO OUR PUPPIES.    IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A GOLDENDOODLES OF NIAGARA PUPPY, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR PUPPY IN PERSON.  IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED A PUPPY BEFORE THIS DATE, WE WILL MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAND DELIVER YOUR PUPPY TO YOU.

Because of the new laws imposted by the CDC in the United States stating that all dogs/puppies must have their rabies vaccination before entering the USA,  it is unfortunate that myself, and other  Canadian breeders that are not willing to hold a puppy until they are 16 weeks, which is the ideal time for a puppy to receive their rabies vaccine, can no longer send puppies to the USA.

The puppies welfare is my only concern
